Well that is fine and elegant, but what about things to drink? The most important thing we have to ensure that they drink plenty of water. Water helps to eliminate our systems and keeps things working properly and helps keep us hydrated. Not to mention, many people are confused about being hungry or thirsty. Many times, your body is dehydrated, but instead of drinking water, eating instead. Keeping the body hydrated and flushing of toxins and excess fluid can also help you lose weight. I can not stress enough the importance of being hydrated, you need to drink about 4 liters of water a day and is vital to drink water while working out so a large bottle at the gym with you. I took 1 small bottle of Coke Zero per day, so everything in moderation zero or nearly zero-calorie beverage should be fine. Avoid drinks other than to perhaps a sugar cordial, if you really do not like water. For your information only fruit juices are not good at all, avoid at all costs. Now for carbohydrates. Simple carbohydrates you get from potatoes, white rice, white pasta, etc and especially sugar should be avoided like the plague. Your body can use for energy very easily and while his body is full of them will never have the need to break and burn fat! Infact excercise unless you actually stored as fat. Carbohydrates What we need are complex requiring more time for energy. We are these brown rice, pasta, pita bread and sweet potato brown. So these things in small portions should be the only carbohydrate in the diet. Proteins. We need a large amount of dietary protein to repair muscles are going to draw in the gym. You have to get a protein shake whey base (time taken will be included in the link at the bottom). lunch and dinner contain skinless chicken breast, extra lean red meat or tuna. Fat. Fat is an essential part of any diet, but having the right kind of fat in small portions is important. For example, a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil for cooking will be enough for a meal. Metabolism. This is best explained in the link at the bottom, but to keep your metabolism high and your body burns fat faster than you need to eat 6 small meals a day! Also, if you do not eat for about 4 hours of your body will go catabolic. This is when the body breaks down muscle to store as fat. These ridiculous diets that are out there that only allow you to consume 500 calories a day may make you drop weight in the balance, but you will feel like a sack of bones with a size or definition! <p>There are several pills promoted especially on the Internet, however, the only drugs that are established as safe and available on prescription are Orlistat and Sibutramine although they are often marketed under different brand names.  &#13;</p>

<p>It has taken thousands of years for the human race to evolve and over this time our bodies have developed to be sustained on a basic simple diet which includes fruit and vegetables, no additives and generally modest quantities.  &#13;</p>
<p>Our bodies were also evolved to undertake a reasonable amount of regular exercise. &#13;</p>
<p>Some of us have spent many years trying to change this by over eating and consuming lots of favourite foods some with additives to which we can become mildly addicted. &#13;</p>
<p>The fact is, that there is no quick fix, except under close medical supervision.  &#13;</p>
<p>Perhaps itâs time for you to check out a change in lifestyle which includes a proper balanced diet and a little regular exercise. &#13;</p>
