</script></p><p>So food can kill you and you can add to their weight problems, whether you eat or eat at home. Of course it is convenient to purchase packaged foods, but how convenient is that later, when we spend thousands of dollars in the Dr. &#8216;s office and drugs. These foods are high in sodium should contain aspartame (the only one that can cause many health problems), color additives and preservatives. So what can happen after years of eating these things? Well. . . Diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cancer (many kinds), depression, weight gain and lack of energy to name but a few things. What happens next? We spend time in the doctor&#8217;s office and visit local pharmacies by one or more different types of medications. And for some people is like that for the rest of their lives. If that were not enough, many people have a choice to make weekly or monthly, if they will have food or if they will have their medicines. So how can we avoid this fate? By eating well! Our bodies need the proper foods to function properly and maintain a healthy weight, like your car needs gas and oil law to function properly. Our bodies need nuts, seeds, fresh fruits and vegetables (fresh not canned I said), fish (salmon is best), and whole grains to get started. Not only does our body work better, but doing so could lower your cholesterol, blood pressure, improve diabetes and lose weight, to name just a few things. Many say. . . &#8220;Well, I can not afford to eat that.&#8221; My question is. . . How can you afford not to? Do you really think you are saving money on pre-packaged food and then spend time and 100 dollars for the visits of Dr. and drugs? Come to think long term. Everyone is talking about his health. Well that is fine and elegant, but what about things to drink? The most important thing we have to ensure that they drink plenty of water. Water helps to eliminate our systems and keeps things working properly and helps keep us hydrated. Not to mention, many people are confused about being hungry or thirsty. Many times, your body is dehydrated, but instead of drinking water, eating instead. Keeping the body hydrated and flushing of toxins and excess fluid can also help you lose weight. Together with the existence of green tea and fruit juice (fresh not bottled). How do I get a fruit juice? Here&#8217;s something to do. We buy fresh fruit and make our own juice at home with the help of a pump. Then we use what&#8217;s left in the tray and use it for cooking or a treatment involving immersion of the fruit just to mix with it. Therefore get more use out of our fruits and vegetables. Not to mention our bodies are receiving the nutrients it needs, minus the ugly things about our bodies can do without. It seems that once you reached a certain age, or going through some tense moments (like the university) can be ridiculously easy to add on some extra kilos. Once the weight is not exciting to think about how to get rid of him. One of the things that the last thing I want to do is eat some soft diet frozen dinner or something. Furthermore, the diet dinners more expensive. More money for soft food. That&#8217;s not exactly my idea of a good time. Fortunately, there are some things you can do to lose weight without diet.&#13;To start you can only adjust the portion sizes. This sounds easy but do not let the simplicity fool you. We tend to go through life without paying attention to small things such as portion size of the things we are eating, but once you start watching you will see how weight loss can come from this simple trick. One way to do it without going crazy weight of your meal or go blind reading labels and counting calories is simply to eat half of what they would normally eat. This works especially well when eating out. If you eat a lot of work functions or just for the convenience factor, you can lose a lot of weight by cutting portions in half. An additional benefit will save money because you can always eat the other half for another meal later in the day.&#13;Another way to reduce kilos without having to use a fixative Slim 2000 shake for every meal is simply trying to eat more natural foods instead of processed junk. A good rule of thumb is to make sure they only eat food that looks like it could be growing in a plant or that animal campaigns. For example, fruits, obviously growing in a tree for what are considered natural foods. Snickers bars is not a plant that grows anywhere right now? Despite a Snickers plant would be pretty cool in the absence of almost a no-brainer that makes chocolate bars that are processed foods. Cut processed food and fat can be removed very quickly.&#13;Finally, one of the best ways to lose weight without diet is to simply add some exercise. This is obviously not the healthiest option, but if you just want to shed a few pounds can get great results by just adding on a daily cardio exercise like running or biking hard and keep eating what you normally eat. Now you have to take into account that no longer is full and diet modification can not be passed with a weak exercise of walking like a little around your building at work. To have the luxury of eating the same thing you really have to put in the work in the exercise of their choice. Jogging is probably your best bet in this scenario. </p>
