		<description>Cardio doesn&#039;t work that good for weight loss. Reason is, was not explained here. The real reason is because calories burn only while you do cardio. When you are off the tread mill or done running so is calorie burning. Although great for the heart and lungs it does little to loose weight.  You MUST weight train to loose weight. One (1) set of squates is equal to a 100 yard dash in metabolic calorie burning. Also your muscles have to reapair so 3 days after you are still burning calories.</description>
